Description
The Raymarine DockSense Control Processing Unit is the central processing module of a DockSense Control system, the first assisted-docking system of its kind in the recreational marine industry. It combines the feeds from multiple FLIR machine vision cameras with precision heading and motion data, running the DockSense Control App on a Raymarine Axiom navigation display.
DockSense Control augments the captain's boat-handling skills using Virtual Bumper zone technology around the vessel. Should an object such as a piling or another vessel enter the Virtual Bumper, the system automatically introduces corrective control of the boat's propulsion, integrating with modern joystick propulsion systems to provide assisted steering and thrust. DockSense Control systems are designed for professional engineer installation.
