Description
The Raymarine Ray52 is a compact fixed-mount VHF radio that integrates a GPS receiver, allowing Class D Digital Selective Calling to function without an external GPS antenna or additional wiring. Simply programme in your vessel's MMSI number and the Ray52 is ready to send and receive DSC distress calls with your position automatically included.
The Ray52 transmits at 25 W on international, US and Canadian VHF channels and is IPX7 waterproof rated. Its compact form factor allows mounting in locations where larger fixed-mount radios would not fit, without compromising on transmit power or DSC capability.
NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 connectivity makes it straightforward to integrate the Ray52 with Raymarine MFDs and other onboard electronics for shared position and DSC data.
