Description
This passive speaker (A80542) extends the audio of a compatible Raymarine VHF to a second location, delivering up to 5W (8 Ohm) of clear output where engine or wind noise would otherwise mask incoming calls. It is the same speaker supplied with the Ray90 system and is available separately for additional stations.
The speaker includes a fitted 2 m (6.56 ft) audio cable terminated with a male RCA plug, and connects to a wired handset via the adaptor cable (A80297). Built to IPX6 and IPX7 waterproof standards, it is suited to exposed mounting positions. Compatible with Ray90 / Ray91, Ray53 / Ray63 / Ray73 and Ray50 / Ray52 / Ray60 / Ray70 radios. (Note: alarm audio is not available through the passive speaker.)
