Description
The Raymarine A80054 is a NMEA 2000 Micro bulkhead feed-through, used to route a NMEA 2000 / DeviceNet cable through a panel, console or bulkhead while keeping a sealed, serviceable connection on each side. It presents a NMEA 2000 Micro (5-pin) male and female interface so a standard DeviceNet drop or backbone cable can be plugged in on either face of the bulkhead.
Feed-throughs like this are used to take a network cable from inside a console out to a mast, arch or open deck without cutting the cable or compromising the weatherproofing of the panel. This is a passive connector with no electronics. Cable lengths are not applicable.
