Description
The Punch RMX-8BB is a high-performance hide-away marine digital media receiver designed for vessels requiring independent audio control across multiple areas. The black box format mounts out of sight while the system is controlled via a compatible wired display head or up to three wired remotes at a total cable run of 100 ft. Four independent audio zones each feature their own source selection, dedicated 7-band graphic equaliser, Punch EQ and selectable crossover slopes. Six-channel RCA outputs at 4 V serve four zones, enabling a powerful multi-amplifier installation.
An AM/FM/WB tuner with global frequency support, SiriusXM satellite radio readiness and Bluetooth A2DP streaming provide broad media source coverage. CAN bus connectivity allows integration with NMEA 2000 systems via the optional PMX-CAN adaptor for control from compatible MFDs. The IPX5 rated chassis and conformal coated circuit board withstand marine humidity and spray.
