Description
The Raymarine Pathfinder 22 Radar System (T70593) is a complete, type-approved CAT 2 commercial radar package for SOLAS vessels up to 10,000 gross tons, including workboats, superyachts, tugs and offshore vessels. The system comprises the 21.5" Pathfinder display (E70663-IMO), 6 ft fan-less slotted-array antenna (E70630), solid-state transceiver (E70621), marine trackball (A80788), data collection unit (A80792) and a 25 m interconnect cable.
CHIRP pulse compression and beam sharpening deliver superior target separation and long-range resolution, with a 110 W solid-state transmitter whose performance exceeds a 12 kW magnetron. The system tracks up to 100 radar targets, displays up to 4,000 AIS targets and reaches a 96 NM maximum range scale, with minimum range, discrimination, accuracy and warm-up all better than IEC 62388 requirements.
Pathfinder is designed for compliance with IMO standards IEC 62288 and IEC 62388, and holds MED Module B type approval DK-MED000163 (TUV SUD) and UK MER approval BABT-UKMA000108. Power is 24 V dc (transceiver via VCM100), or 110/230 V ac using the AC power kit.
