Description
The Raymarine Pathfinder Black Box Radar 4ft KB (T70617) is a commercial marine radar system suitable for fishing and inshore workboat vessels under 500 gross tons, and for river tow boats, push boats and tugs. It is the ideal solution for operators who want an IMO-grade radar but do not require IMO certification.
The system is driven by a compact, fan-less black-box processor that outputs to any wide-screen HDMI monitor supporting 1920 x 1080 resolution. It uses a 4 ft solid-state open array with CHIRP pulse compression and beam sharpening for superior target separation and long-range resolution, delivering solid-state performance that exceeds a 12 kW magnetron. The processor offers three PoE RayNet ports, HDMI in and out, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, NMEA 2000 and a 64 GB solid-state drive.
Control is via a Pathfinder keyboard with integrated trackball (A80790). The system is supplied with the transceiver, a 25 metre interconnect cable, a keyboard with integrated trackball and a Pathfinder Data Collection Unit (DCU-2). Pathfinder software supports ASTERIX CAT-240 video output and an open REST API for integration with third-party systems.
