It mounts on a 4 inch dual-foot saddle in the J-180 style and drives a K6 serpentine pulley, handling up to 8 horsepower of power take-off. This version uses a case-ground termination. It runs exclusively with the Balmar MC-620 multi-stage regulator, which requires its own 12-volt supply and cannot be powered from the 48-volt source; the alternator will not operate without it.
