The series has a long track record on ocean racers, commercial fishing boats and patrol vessels operating in demanding conditions.\n\nThe 94-24-140-IG uses a 2 inch single-foot spindle mount in the Delco style and an isolated-ground terminal that provides sure continuity to system ground. It is engineered for use with an external Balmar multi-stage voltage regulator, allowing charging voltage to be matched to the battery chemistry for safe, efficient replenishment. Bi-directional external cooling fans, sealed ball bearings and a threaded M8 stud positive output complete a design built to USCG Title 33 ignition-protection standards.
