Description
This temperature sensor adds battery temperature measurement to the Victron BMV-702 and BMV-712 Smart battery monitors. It connects to the monitor's auxiliary input and lets the BMV display battery temperature alongside the usual voltage, current and state-of-charge readings.
Monitoring temperature helps you spot a battery that is running hot and supports more accurate assessment of battery condition. The sensor is supplied ready to fit to the battery terminal.
