Once engaged it briefly opens after an hour to re check that the charger is still enabled, and it reconnects automatically when the charger voltage returns.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Cyrix-Li-charge is used where a charging source cannot be controlled directly by the BMS, such as a mains charger, alternator or solar charger.
