Description
The EGIS 250A MaxiBus is a heavy-duty busbar that distributes power from two M8 (5/16 inch) studs to eight screw terminals at up to 80Vdc. Its insert-molded busbar and studs maximise strength and durability, while the tin-plated copper conductor keeps voltage drop low under high current. The design is FLEX system height compatible for easy connection to other EGIS FLEX components.
A clear polycarbonate cover allows inspection of torque markings without removal and provides break-away tabs for cable and terminal access. Flexible mounting accepts #10 (M5) or 1/4 inch (M6) screws, and stainless steel self-locking hardware ensures long-term reliability across the operating range of -40C to 125C.
