Description
The EGIS Sealed AMG/MEGA Fuse Block delivers heavy-duty over-current protection for a single high-current circuit using AMG/MEGA fuses from 50 to 300 amps. Separate stud connections let large cables and their terminals feed in and out on dedicated studs rather than on the fuse tab itself, and the tin-plated copper busbar provides superior electrical performance with minimal voltage drop. Sealed to IP66, IP67 and IP6K9K and ignition protected, it is built for harsh marine and mobile settings, including potentially hazardous gaseous environments such as LPG or gas boats.
The block includes a transparent cover with break-away tabs for cable and terminal access, while stainless steel self-locking hardware ensures connection reliability under vibration. Its glass-filled nylon construction stands up to demanding conditions and the unit is compatible with the EGIS FLEX system for height-matched busbar interconnection. Designed and made in the U.S.A. and backed by a four year warranty.
