Description
The EGIS Compact MIDI Fuse Block is a space-saving single-circuit AMI/MIDI fuse block designed as a direct replacement for MAXI-style fuse holders. Separate stud connections allow heavier gauge cables and their terminals to feed in and out on dedicated studs rather than on the fuse tab itself, improving connection integrity, and the block supports the full range of AMI/MIDI fuse values. It is ignition protected, supporting installation in potentially hazardous gaseous environments such as LPG or gas boats.
A transparent cover with break-away tabs gives easy access for cable and terminal routing while providing splash resistance to IP54 when correctly mounted. The tin-plated copper busbar minimises voltage drop, stainless steel self-locking hardware secures connections, and the 30 percent glass-filled Nylon 6 housing withstands demanding conditions. The block is compatible with the EGIS FLEX system for height-matched busbar interconnection. Designed and made in the U.S.A. and backed by a four year warranty.
