Description
The EGIS HD-Series 2500 is a max-duty battery disconnect switch rated at 600A continuous and 900A intermittent, with simple on/off operation. It isolates and connects very high-amperage loads in 12V and 24V systems, providing a robust, serviceable alternative to fuses for main battery disconnection on demanding installations.
Rated to 32V DC and sealed to IP66, the switch is ignition protected and built for harsh, high-vibration environments. Serrated flange lock-nuts resist cable-terminal loosening, and surface and rear-panel mounting options make it a straightforward drop-in replacement for legacy OEM switches. Backed by a 4-year warranty.
