Description
The EGIS MIDI 5-Way Sealed Fuse Block distributes and protects up to five branch circuits, with each output protected by a MIDI/AMI fuse up to 200 amps and a total continuous rating of 500 amps. Sealed to IP66 and IP6K9K with a Gore-Tex vent and ignition protected to SAE J1171, it is ideal for modern vessel installations where the block may be mounted in exposed locations. Tin-plated copper busbars ensure superior electrical performance with minimal voltage drop, and large mounting holes accept 1/4 inch (M6) attachment hardware.
The latching protective cover guards the output studs and cable terminals against inadvertent shorts, carries a label for naming fused circuits, and stores two spare fuses and four spare screws. Stainless steel self-locking hardware maintains reliable connections in high-vibration conditions, and the glass-filled nylon construction is built for longevity. The block is FLEX system compatible, expanding with dual, triple and quad link busbars alongside EGIS MT Series and XD Series components. Designed and made in the U.S.A. and backed by a four year warranty.
