Description
The EGIS MRBF Terminal Fuse rated at 300A protects electrical circuits against short circuit events and over-current loads, preventing the wire-insulation overheating that leads to system damage. Its high interrupt current safely protects circuits connected to large paralleled battery banks with significant available power, while the ignition-protected design makes it safe for installation in closed compartments where explosive gases may be present.
Sealed against dust and water intrusion and rated to 58V DC, the fuse easily supports 12 to 48V nominal applications and is built with robust, corrosion-resistant materials for harsh marine and mobile environments. The amperage is colour-coded for easy identification, and the fuse is compatible with the EGIS single and dual MRBF terminal fuse blocks. It is made in the U.S.A. and backed by a four year warranty.
