Description

The EGIS 8403B is a sealed CT Series break-out box that distributes power or returns grounds through one bank of six and two banks of three circuits, fed from a high-amp M6 input/output terminal. It improves the robustness of wire-to-wire and ground-return connections that would otherwise be exposed to corrosion or shorting on open busbars and terminal blocks, and lets individual circuits be pulled and tested for inspection or diagnosis.

The sealed enclosure (IP67 / IP6K9K) uses a plug-in connector, tin-plated copper-alloy conductors and stainless steel hardware, with high-temperature materials suitable for mounting almost anywhere on a vehicle or vessel. It is ignition protected, carries up to 200A in total with 22A per terminal, and offers two mounting orientations for a compact footprint.
