Description
The EGIS Sealed MIDI Fuse Block provides robust over-current protection for a single heavy-gauge circuit using AMI/MIDI fuses from 30 to 200 amps. Separate stud connections allow large cables and their terminals to land cleanly on dedicated input and output studs rather than directly on the fuse tab, while the tin-plated copper busbar keeps voltage drop to a minimum. Sealed to IP66, IP67 and IP6K9K and ignition protected, it is suited to demanding marine and mobile installations, including LPG and gas-boat environments.
A transparent cover with break-away tabs gives easy access for cable and terminal routing, and stainless steel self-locking hardware maintains reliable connections over the long term. The glass-filled nylon housing withstands harsh conditions, and the block is compatible with the EGIS FLEX system for height-matched busbar interconnection with other components. Designed and made in the U.S.A. and backed by a four year warranty.
