Description
The EGIS XD Series Flex 2 Triple Switch/ACR/Switch packs three independent 500A circuits into a single compact module, replicating common multi-battery mechanical switching and charge-management functions. The two outer circuits act as electronic battery-disconnect switches for the main banks while a central automatic charging relay shares charge current between them, replacing three individual high-current devices and their interconnecting cables. Each circuit is rated 500A continuous and 1500A maximum cranking across an 8 to 36 V DC range, covering standard 12V and 24V marine electrical systems.
Construction is sealed to IP67 and IP6K9K with high-temperature electronics, an integrated Gortex vent and stainless steel cable-lug studs that accept 1/4-20 / M6 hardware. Each circuit is dip-switch programmable under the included protective cover and carries a three-position manual override knob for clear, lockable open or closed control. Off-state draw is just 1.3 mA, front and remote LEDs report status, and the Deutsch DTM connectors are pin-for-pin compatible with legacy ML Series bi-stable relays. The system expands with 8790 link and 8791 cross-link busbars.
