Description

The EGIS XD Flex 2 Triple combines three high-current circuits, two outer mechanical-equivalent battery switches and a central automatic charging relay, in one compact bi-stable module for 12V and 24V DC systems. The outer circuits provide remote battery disconnect and load switching while the central ACR shares charge current between banks, replacing three individual high-amp relays and the link cabling between them. Each circuit carries 500A continuously and up to 1500A during cranking across an 8 to 36V DC range, and all three functions are programmable via dip switches.

Construction is sealed to IP67 and IP6K9K with high-temperature electronics, an integrated Gortex vent and stainless steel cable-lug studs that accept 1/4-20 or M6 hardware. The bi-stable solenoids draw just 1.3mA in the off state, and each circuit has its own 3-position manual override knob to force it open or closed and lock it there. Front-facing LEDs report status with remote LED replica outputs, the dip switches sit under an included protective cover, and the module can be expanded with optional link and cross-link busbars. This version ships with tinned wire leads.
