Description
The EGIS XD Series Flex 2 Triple (12-position DT) packs three independent 500A relay circuits into one compact module, replacing three individual high-current relays and their interconnecting cables. Configured Relay/ACR/Relay, the two outer relays switch loads while a central automatic charging relay shares charge current between banks, making it well suited to three and four battery systems. Each circuit is rated 500A continuous and 1500A maximum cranking across an 8 to 36 V DC range, covering standard 12V and 24V marine electrical systems. Control wiring is consolidated into a single 12-position Deutsch DT connector.
Construction is sealed to IP67 and IP6K9K with high-temperature electronics, an integrated Gortex vent and stainless steel cable-lug studs that accept 1/4-20 / M6 hardware. Each circuit is dip-switch programmable under the included protective cover and carries a three-position manual override knob for clear, lockable open or closed control. Off-state draw is just 1.3 mA and front and remote LEDs report status. The system expands further using 8790 link and 8791 cross-link busbars.
