Description

The EGIS XD Series Dual + Triple + Dual Kit is a pre-configured three-module bundle for the most demanding multi-bank installations. It combines a Dual module (Relay/ACR), a Triple module (Switch/ACR/Switch) and a second Dual module (ACR/Relay) to deliver seven independent 500A circuits, with three automatic charging relays sharing charge across the system, two electronic battery-disconnect switches isolating main banks, and switched relays handling loads. The supplied link and crossover busbars tie all three units together, so a complex battery system is built from one compact, knob-equipped assembly rather than a sprawl of individual relays and cables. Every circuit is rated 500A continuous and 1500A maximum cranking across an 8 to 36 V DC range.

All three modules share the proven XD construction: sealed to IP67 and IP6K9K, high-temperature electronics, integrated Gortex vents and stainless steel cable-lug studs that accept 1/4-20 / M6 hardware. Each circuit is dip-switch programmable under its included protective cover, carries a three-position manual override knob and reports status via front and remote LEDs, with off-state draw of just 1.3 mA. Deutsch connectors are pin-for-pin compatible with legacy ML Series bi-stable relays. Supplied as a bulk pack for OEM and trade installation.

What is included in this kit?
The kit bundles three XD modules, a Dual (Relay/ACR), a Triple (Switch/ACR/Switch) and a second Dual (ACR/Relay), plus the link and crossover busbars to interconnect them. That gives seven independent 500A circuits with three automatic charging relays.
What size system is it for?
With seven circuits, three charging relays and two battery-disconnect switches, it is built for the largest multi-bank installations where extensive charge sharing, bank isolation and load switching are needed from one assembly.
Do I need extra cables to link the units?
No. The supplied link and crossover busbars join all three modules directly, removing separate cable runs and the risk of link cables vibrating loose.
Will it work on both 12V and 24V systems?
Yes. The XD Series operates across an 8 to 36 V DC range, covering standard 12V and 24V marine electrical systems.
