Description
The EGIS XD Series Flex 2 Triple packs three independent 500A relay circuits into a single compact module, replacing three individual high-current relays and their interconnecting cables. Configured Relay/ACR/Relay, it uses the two outer relays for dual-battery load switching and a central automatic charging relay to share charge current between banks, making it ideal for three and four battery systems. Each circuit is rated 500A continuous and 1500A maximum cranking across an 8 to 36 V DC range, suiting all standard 12V and 24V marine electrical systems.
Construction is sealed to IP67 and IP6K9K with high-temperature electronics, an integrated Gortex vent and stainless steel cable-lug studs that accept 1/4-20 / M6 hardware. Each circuit is dip-switch programmable under the included protective cover and carries a three-position manual override knob, giving clear, lockable open or closed control. Off-state draw is just 1.3 mA, front and remote LEDs report status, and the DTM connectors are pin-for-pin compatible with legacy ML Series bi-stable relays. The system expands further using 8790 link and 8791 cross-link busbars.
