Description
The Mastervolt Alpha 24/75 III is a 24 volt, 75 amp marine alternator designed to charge starter and service batteries quickly and completely while powering every consumer on board. It is supplied as standard with the Alpha Pro III charge regulator for a fully temperature-controlled three-stage charge that protects the batteries and extends their life.
Like the rest of the Alpha range it is built for powerful charging even at low engine rpm, where a standard alternator would only reach its rated output at high speed, and forced fan cooling keeps output high in temperatures above 40 degrees. This model has been superseded by the Alpha 24/110 III; it remains documented here for owners of existing installations and for spares.
