Description
The Mastervolt Alpha Compact 14/120 is a high-output 12 volt, 120 amp automotive-style alternator supplied as standard with the Alpha Pro III charge regulator. Together they form a plug-and-play, MasterBus-enabled three-step charging solution that is optimised for continuous high power output and suitable for all battery types, including lithium ion.
Its open construction with double internal fans and an integrated temperature sensor makes it up to 40 percent lighter and 25 percent more compact than a conventional alternator, with up to 30 percent lower fuel consumption and high charge current even at idle. It can be added as a second (Power Take Off) alternator or fitted in place of the stock unit. The cable and electronics are protected against oil, moisture and dirt, and it is built to original equipment quality with a full two-year warranty.
