Description
The Mastervolt Alpha Compact 28/110 VP is a high-output 24 volt, 110 amp automotive-style alternator built to fit Volvo Penta engines, and supplied with a multigroove pulley as standard. Optimised for continuous high power output, it pairs with the optional Alpha Pro III charge regulator to create a MasterBus-enabled three-step charging solution suitable for all battery types, including lithium ion.
Its open construction with double internal fans and an integrated temperature sensor makes it up to 40 percent lighter and 25 percent more compact than a conventional alternator, with up to 30 percent lower fuel consumption. It can be added as a second (Power Take Off) alternator or fitted in place of the stock unit. Please note that the Alpha Pro III charge regulator is not included and is ordered separately (part 45513000).
