Description
The Mastervolt Temperature Sensor with a 6 metre cable measures battery temperature and feeds it back to the connected charger, allowing the charge voltage to be adjusted automatically for the actual battery temperature. This temperature compensation protects the battery against overcharging in warm conditions and undercharging when cold, helping to extend service life.
This sensor is supplied as standard with the ChargeMaster (Plus), Mass Charger, CombiMaster, Mass Combi Ultra and Mass Combi Pro. It is also included with the MacPlus, in that case without the RJ11 connector. The sensor fits directly to a battery terminal and connects to the charger using its RJ11 plug.
