Description
The DC Master 12/24-7 is a non-isolated DC-DC converter that steps a 12 V battery system up to a stable 27.2 V output, supplying up to 7 A continuously to equipment that requires 24 V. It is intended for recreational and semi-professional installations where the main system runs at 12 V but certain consumers need a reliable 24 V supply.
As a non-isolated model there is a direct electrical connection between the input and output, which keeps costs and heat generation low. It is well suited to systems with negative earthing. The converter also provides two minutes of extra capacity, delivering up to 9 A for short intervals when a brief power boost is needed.
The unit is stabilised, naturally cooled and rated to IP53. It is delivered complete with a mounting bracket, screws and fasteners for quick installation.
