Description

The Mastervolt Mass Sine Ultra 24/4000 is the inverter of choice when you need autonomous AC power above 3 kW. Delivering 4000 W of continuous output from a single compact unit, it provides full power at 40 C and runs smoothly even in demanding environments such as engine rooms and technical spaces, making it ideal for the toughest professional and semi-professional installations.

Its extremely efficient power electronics keep weight, volume and sound levels low while holding ripple voltage to a minimum, which helps extend battery life. A dynamic battery voltage window adapts to the battery type and load so the inverter can supply AC for longer without overtaxing the bank, and digital technology prevents flicker and voltage fluctuations.

The Mass Sine Ultra has integrated MasterBus for seamless system monitoring and can be scaled with up to ten units in parallel for 40 kW, or a 3x3 three-phase configuration for 36 kW, giving exceptional flexibility for large power systems.

How much power does the Mass Sine Ultra 24/4000 deliver?
A single unit delivers 4000 W of continuous power at 40 C with a cos phi of 1 and a peak load capacity of 7000 W, making it the right choice for autonomous AC demands above 3 kW.
Can multiple units be combined for more power?
Yes. Up to ten units can be connected in parallel for a capacity of up to 40 kW, or arranged in a 3x3 three-phase configuration for up to 36 kW.
What is the dynamic battery voltage window?
It is a function that adjusts the low-voltage cut-off between 19 and 22 V based on the battery type and current draw, allowing the inverter to supply AC for longer without overtaxing the batteries.
Does it have MasterBus built in?
Yes. The Mass Sine Ultra has integrated MasterBus, so it can be monitored and controlled within a Mastervolt system, for example via an EasyView 5 display.
What battery and cabling does it require?
It runs from a 24 V battery bank with a recommended capacity above 350 Ah, and Mastervolt specifies a 250 A slow-blow DC fuse with a minimum cable size of 70 mm².
