Description
The Victron RS485 to USB interface provides an RS485 connection over USB, most commonly used to link a Victron Energy Meter (such as an ET112, ET340 or EM24) to a GX device. This is the 1.8 metre version, suited to installations where the meter and GX device sit reasonably close together.
The interface uses the Data+ and Data- pair for communication and takes its power over the USB connection, so no separate supply is needed. It is a genuine Victron cabled interface that keeps energy-meter data flowing reliably into the system monitoring.
