Description
The VE.Bus to VE.Can interface links a Victron VE.Bus system, such as a MultiPlus or Quattro, to a VE.Can network. It was developed for early Hub-1 systems with grid-feedback, where it passed information between the VE.Bus inverter/charger and VE.Can solar chargers such as the BlueSolar MPPT 150/70 and 150/85.
This is a legacy accessory that is now deprecated and is no longer required in modern Victron installations. Newer GX devices and the current generation of MPPT solar chargers handle this communication directly, so the interface is only relevant when servicing or extending an existing older system that already relies on it.
