Description
The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 is a solar charge controller for 12V and 24V systems, delivering up to 30A of charge current from a solar array of up to 100V open circuit. Its ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking and advanced shading detection maximise the energy harvested even in changing light, and the system voltage is detected automatically. It is a dependable choice for larger off-grid, marine and mobile installations.
Charging is handled by a multi-stage adaptive algorithm with eight pre-programmed profiles selectable via rotary switch, and an internal temperature sensor compensates the charge voltage. As a BlueSolar model there is no Bluetooth; configuration and monitoring are through the VE.Direct port using a GX device or the optional VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle.
