Description
The Victron BlueSolar PWM Charge Controller LCD&USB combines an economical pulse width modulation (PWM) solar regulator with a built-in liquid crystal display and two USB charging outputs. It automatically detects whether the system is 12V or 24V and manages solar charging for flooded, GEL, AGM or LiFePO4 batteries, making it a practical choice for boats, campers and small off-grid setups.
This 5A model is sized for compact arrays. The integrated LCD shows charging status and system data at a glance and lets you adjust settings without a computer, while two 5V USB outputs (2A combined) provide a handy way to charge phones and small devices directly from the controller.
A load output with adjustable connect and disconnect voltages and a day/night timer protects the battery from over-discharge and can drive automatic lighting. Preprogrammed charge algorithms cover the common battery chemistries out of the box.
