Description
The Victron Phoenix Inverter 48/5000 is a true sine wave inverter that converts a 48V battery bank into clean 230V mains power for the most demanding marine and off-grid installations. Built on Victron's SinusMax hybrid HF technology, it combines high efficiency with the high start-up power needed to run difficult loads such as refrigeration compressors, pumps and electric motors without disruption.
Pure sine wave output makes it safe for sensitive electronics, while the aluminium IP21 chassis and fan-assisted cooling suit the harsh conditions found on boats and in vehicles. A VE.Bus communication port allows the inverter to be configured with VictronConnect or VEConfigure, integrated with a GX device such as the Cerbo GX, and operated in parallel or three-phase configurations of up to six units for very high output power.
AES and Search modes cut standby consumption when little or no load is connected, helping to preserve battery capacity during long periods on the hook or off-grid. A programmable relay and a two-pole remote on/off connector round out the feature set.
