Description
The Victron MultiPlus Compact 12/800/35 brings together an 800 VA pure sine wave inverter, a 35 A adaptive battery charger and a high-speed AC transfer switch in one compact metal enclosure. It suits smaller marine, mobile and off-grid systems that need clean mains-quality power and reliable charging without taking up much space.
If shore or generator power is lost, the transfer switch passes the load to the inverter in under 20 milliseconds, keeping computers and sensitive electronics running. PowerControl caps the current drawn from a limited supply, and PowerAssist briefly adds battery power to cover demand peaks before recharging the bank.
Adaptive multi-stage charging with a temperature sensor protects the house battery, while a separate trickle output maintains a starter battery. DIP switches make configuration quick, and units can be paralleled or set for three-phase operation as needs grow.
