Description

The Victron Phoenix Inverter Smart 12/3000 turns 12V battery power into a clean 230V AC supply, ready to run the everyday mains appliances on a boat, motorhome or off-grid installation. Built on Victron's proven full-bridge and toroidal-transformer platform, it delivers a stable, high-quality pure sine wave with the surge capacity needed to start demanding loads such as power tools, pumps and LED or halogen lighting.

Bluetooth is built in, so the whole inverter can be configured and monitored from a phone or tablet using the free VictronConnect app. Output voltage, frequency, ECO mode, low-voltage cut-off and the programmable alarm relay are all adjustable, and a VE.Direct port allows wired connection to a GX device for full system integration.

A slim full-metal casing and accessible terminals make for a tidy, professional installation, while ECO mode keeps standby consumption low when no load is present. Like all Victron inverters it is short-circuit proof and protected against overload and overheating, and is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Does this inverter produce a pure sine wave?
Yes. The Phoenix Inverter Smart delivers a clean pure sine wave, so it runs sensitive electronics, motors and audio equipment safely and quietly, just like mains power.
Do I need an extra dongle to use Bluetooth?
No. Unlike the VE.Direct-only range, the Inverter Smart has Bluetooth built in. You can connect directly from a phone or tablet using the free VictronConnect app, with no accessory required.
What can I run from a 3000VA inverter?
It supplies up to 2400W continuously at 25°C, enough for heavier loads such as a kettle, microwave, larger power tools or a combination of household appliances. The 6000W peak rating helps start loads with a high inrush current.
What is ECO mode?
In ECO mode the inverter drops to standby when no significant load is detected, then briefly wakes every few seconds to check for demand. This greatly reduces power draw when appliances are switched off.
Can I connect it to a Cerbo GX or other system monitor?
Yes. The VE.Direct port connects to Victron GX devices such as the Cerbo GX or Ekrano GX for full monitoring and integration, including the VRM online portal.
What warranty does it carry?
Victron provides a standard 5-year warranty on the Phoenix Inverter Smart, backed by worldwide support.
