Description
The Garmin chirp is a small wireless geocaching beacon that stores hints, notes and coordinates for a geocache and transmits them over ANT+ to a compatible Garmin handheld. It lets cache owners create richer, multi-stage caches, automatically sending stored information to nearby devices so seekers can enjoy the hunt without printed clues. The user-replaceable CR2032 coin cell gives up to a year of use, and the sealed housing is rated to IPX7 for water resistance.
