1. About us

2. These terms
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Ordering
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. A contract is formed when we accept your order by dispatching the goods (or, for services, by confirming a booking). We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, was mispriced, or where we cannot verify payment — in which case we will refund any amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. While we take care to keep pricing accurate, if a product's correct price is higher than that shown at the time of your order we will contact you before dispatch, and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
6. Cancellation and returns (online purchases)
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return them. To exercise this right, contact us with your order number. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition; you are responsible for the cost of return unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. This right does not apply to goods that are custom-configured or cut to length for you (such as cable sold by the metre), or to software or charts that have been activated or registered.
7. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault — our team will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law, and our in-house engineers can often diagnose the issue quickly. See our Warranty & Repairs page for how the process works.
8. Warranties
All products are genuine UK-supplied stock covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Optional HME Care extended cover is available on eligible products; the terms of the extended cover are set out at the point of purchase. Warranty service is arranged through us — see Warranty & Repairs.
9. Servicing and repairs
Servicing and repair work is quoted and agreed separately before any chargeable work begins.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Marine electronics are navigational aids: they do not replace proper seamanship, official charts or safe watch-keeping.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
