Description
The BC-162 is a single desktop rapid charger for Icom marine handhelds, supplied with the BC-145UK mains adaptor. It automatically distinguishes between the BP-241, BP-224 and BP-252 battery packs, so no charger adapter is needed, and handles both Ni-Cd and Li-ion chemistries.
A three colour LED shows charging status at a glance, and CPU controlled protection circuitry restarts charging automatically if a pack is left in the cradle and self-discharges. Used with the IC-M33, IC-M35 and IC-GM1600E handhelds.
