The Iris IRIS066 is a compact 60mm marine dome camera with switchable 4-in-1 video output (CVBS, HD-TVI, HD-CVI and AHD), finished in white with a 1.8mm wide-angle lens. The HD analogue modes deliver real-time 1080p video, and built-in infrared LEDs give night visibility to around 10 metres. It works with chart plotters and recorders accepting composite or HD analogue inputs.

Description

The IRIS066 is part of Iris's best-selling range of miniature marine dome cameras, among the most versatile onboard camera options available. Its 4-in-1 camera module can be switched between standard analogue (CVBS) and high-definition analogue formats (HD-TVI, HD-CVI and AHD). The HD analogue modes produce real-time 1080p video that is not affected by network latency, while in standard analogue mode the camera outputs a high-resolution signal compatible with any plotter that has a composite video input.

When set to HD-TVI, the IRIS066 can be used with Iris hybrid recorders and quad switchers to provide an HDMI feed compatible with displays such as Simrad NSO and Garmin 8000 series MFDs. Measuring only 60mm in diameter and 58mm high, the camera withstands a wide range of temperatures and conditions and suits backup, docking, engine-room, cockpit and companionway monitoring.

An array of infrared LEDs allows viewing at night to a range of around 10 metres, and a built-in menu system lets the camera be configured for the application. The IRIS066 is rated to IP66 for reliable use in the marine environment.
