Description
The IRIS036 delivers a high-end 1000TVL colour camera core in a miniature flush-mount housing designed to provide high-quality video while blending into a boat's aesthetic. A marine-grade 316 stainless bezel in a white powder-coat finish and a heavy smoked dome keep the camera small, elegant and unobtrusive, and an integrated on-screen menu lets you configure features such as mirror image, noise reduction and wide dynamic range.
Advanced wide dynamic range processing helps deliver crisp, clear images even in bright sunshine and high-contrast scenes. Installation is straightforward with a 62mm panel cutout: the camera is screwed into place, positioned using the manually adjustable two-axis gimbal mount, and finished with the decorative bezel. Set-up is carried out using an in-line thumb-stick controller built into the cable tail.
Suitable for internal or external use, the IRIS036 is a versatile solution as a backup or transom camera, for companionway and deck monitoring, and as part of an onboard security system. It is compatible with any chart plotter with a composite video input, televisions via an AV input and dedicated video monitors.
