Description

This Simrad Autopilot Gateway provides the interface between a Simrad autopilot computer and a Yamaha Helm Master steer-by-wire system. It allows the autopilot to take control of the engine steering electronically, delivering integrated autopilot functionality on compatible Yamaha-equipped boats without the need for a separate hydraulic drive unit.

The gateway links to the NMEA 2000 network and is housed in a fully waterproof enclosure for dependable operation. It is required to connect a Simrad SG05 or NAC-series autopilot computer to a Yamaha steer-by-wire helm.
