Description
The Raymarine ST40 Speed is a compact, dedicated speed instrument for sailing and motor boats. Its clear LCD, with backlighting for night use, shows boat speed at a glance along with average and maximum speed, trip and log distance and sea surface temperature.
A built in speed and temperature transducer interface connects the display to a Raymarine paddlewheel sensor, with thru-hull, transom and retractable options available. User calibration lets you trim the speed reading to your boat for accurate logging.
Built on the SeaTalk network, the ST40 Speed shares its data with other SeaTalk instruments and autopilots and can repeat data from the system. Housed in a rugged, waterproof case, it is a straightforward choice for new installations or for renewing an older SeaTalk instrument system.
