Description
The Raymarine wired masthead wind transducer provides accurate measurement of relative wind speed and direction. When combined with boat speed and compass data, it gives instruments the information needed to calculate true wind speed, true direction and many other advanced data items.
This long-arm version has a 600mm arm that moves the transducer farther away from the updraft of the boat sails for enhanced accuracy, making it the preferred choice for high-performance and racing sailing boats. It is supplied with a 50m (162.5ft) interconnect cable, a masthead mounting block and a junction box. The transducer is compatible with i60 Wind, the iTC-5 converter, and ST60+ and ST60 series instruments, with a replaceable feather and speed cups (part A28167).
