Description
The Raymarine SS60 is a stainless steel, dual-frequency (50/200 kHz) thru-hull transducer with Tilted Element technology that compensates for the boat's hull deadrise, eliminating the need for a fairing block. It mounts flush to the hull, reducing drag and improving water flow, and a built-in water temperature sensor provides reliable sea-water temperature readings.
The SS60 is ideal for inshore or coastal fishing in shallow to medium depths. Its combination of frequencies and beams suits slow trolling, structure fishing and drifting, and it is an excellent choice for deep-water lake fishing. The stainless steel thru-hull fitting suits most metal, wood or fibreglass hulls.
This version carries the tilted element at 12°, providing built-in deadrise compensation for hulls of 8 - 15°. The SS60 is fitted with a Raymarine 8-pin DSM-style connector that is directly compatible with the CP370 sonar module and legacy CP300, DSM300, DSM30 and DSM250 modules, and can be adapted to other systems using optional transducer adapter cables. The fitted cable is 10 m (33 ft).
