Description

The FLIR Scion OTM is a rugged handheld thermal monocular that lets you detect people, animals and objects of interest in complete darkness and through glare or haze. This OTM130 configuration pairs a 320 x 240 thermal sensor with a 13.8 mm lens and a 9 Hz refresh rate, driven by FLIR's Boson thermal core and a vivid OLED display for clear, steady imagery in demanding outdoor conditions. A refined single-hand user interface gives quick access to thermal palettes, picture-in-picture zoom, video recording and GPS.

Onboard recording captures geotagged still images and video to 2 GB of internal storage and an expandable microSD card, so encounters can be reviewed long after the day is done. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support wireless transfer and control, and a rugged IP67-rated housing withstands rain, dust and rough handling. The Scion OTM suits marine watchkeeping, search and rescue, wildlife observation and outdoor security use.
