Description
The AD-129 is a charger adapter cup for Icom's BC-197 six-way multi-charger. It converts a charging bay so that it accepts the BP-245N and BP-245H Li-ion battery packs supplied with the IC-M71, IC-M72 and IC-M73 marine VHF handhelds.
The BC-197 charges up to six radios or bare battery packs at once, and each bay takes its own adapter cup depending on the radio family in use. One AD-129 is needed per bay that has to take an IC-M71/M73-series radio; a BC-197 bought new is normally supplied with a full set of AD-129 cups already fitted.
Supplied here as a spare or replacement cup only - the BC-197 charger and its AC adapter are ordered separately.
