Description
The Simrad V90S is a black box VHF marine radio with built-in DSC and an integral AIS receiver. Because the electronics live in a hidden black box, the system is driven entirely through slimline handsets, keeping the helm uncluttered while giving full Class D DSC calling and the ability to monitor nearby AIS-equipped vessels for safer navigation in busy waters.
The V90S supports multiple handsets around the boat with intercom between them, and includes a hailer/foghorn output and NMEA connectivity to share position and DSC data with a chartplotter. This listing is for the V90S radio unit only. Handsets and accessories are supplied separately.
