Description

The Iris IRIS-S076 is the analogue version of Iris' Sx76 series, the first marine camera of its kind designed to be installed into a bulkhead or vertical surface. Its waterproof case is machined from marine grade 316L stainless steel so it will not corrode in harsh salt water, making it an ideal backup or docking camera. Mounted in the topsides it even assists when coming alongside jetties and pontoons.

During installation the inner ball can be aimed and then locked in place simply by tightening the outer bezel. The 4-in-1 module outputs analogue composite (CVBS) at 960H/1000TVL or HD-TVI, HD-CVI and AHD high definition formats up to 1080p, with on-screen-display setup via an in-line joystick on the cable tail. Six built-in 850nm infra red LEDs provide short range night vision to around 10 metres.

Certified to EN60945, EN55032, EN55035 and EN60529 (IP66), the analogue model feeds any MFD or screen with a composite video input directly, while AHD/TVI/CVI output connects through an interface or Iris CMAC system. Its rugged case and small footprint also suit recreational vehicles, fire and rescue trucks and other demanding applications.

How does the Sx76 camera mount?
It is designed to be recessed into a bulkhead or vertical surface such as the topsides of a boat. During installation the inner ball is aimed at the desired view and then locked in place simply by tightening the outer bezel.
What is the difference between the IRIS-S076 and IRIS-S476?
The S476 is the IP version with up to 3MP high definition resolution and PoE or 12VDC power for network systems. The S076 is the analogue 4-in-1 version (CVBS/TVI/CVI/AHD) delivering up to 1080p for composite and analogue HD systems.
Which marine displays is the camera compatible with?
For IP, it is directly compatible with Raymarine on LH2 and above, plus Simrad, Lowrance and B&G; Garmin systems are supported using Iris CMAC products. The analogue version feeds any display with a composite video input, with AHD/TVI/CVI handled via an interface or CMAC system.
Is the Sx76 camera waterproof and corrosion resistant?
Yes. The case is machined from marine grade 316L stainless steel which will not corrode in salt water, and the camera is certified to EN60529 (IP66) along with EN60945, EN55032 and EN55035.
